Singaporean / Asian Oven Recipes!!!!

Hurray!!!! Finally a cookbook which is full of local flavour (uses Chye Po and Tang Chye!!!), uses the oven (read: NO oily kitchen, NO slaving over the stove, NO fumes), and does not use milk or cheese!!!
